Hi! I’m Abby, a 2019 LLB Law graduate.

I completed my LLB Law Degree in May 2019 and from June 2019 onwards I have been working in the family department of a local law firm. Upon finishing my Law Degree, I decided not to go straight on to post-graduate study as I really did just need a break from constantly having my head in a book!

Taking a break from studying and working in a law firm has truly been the most valuable year of my life; I’ve ascertained the career path I wish to pursue, an area of law I am interested to practice and generally learnt a hell of a lot!

I’ve created this blog to document my journey of becoming a solicitor, to connect with other individuals on a similar journey and to offer my knowledge/tips that I have picked up so far along the way.

Aside from Law, I’m a keen runner (my long term goal being to run a marathon), a holiday-goer (especially to Walt Disney World or on a cruise), and loveeeeeee to spend time with my fam & friends. So do also expect blog posts of this nature every now and again!
